01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and opsapk ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the opsapk website at opsapk.win, registering an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet or launching any game, you confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply to all sections of the platform — including but not limited to sports betting (Cricket, PSL, T20, Football, Esports), the Live Casino, Slot Games, promotional offers, the opsapk mobile app and all payment transactions. If there is any conflict between section-specific rules and these general Terms, the more specific rule applies to that section.

opsapk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any part of the opsapk platform. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. opsapk does not permit minors to participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.

At any point, opsapk may request documentation to verify your age and identity before processing withdrawals or activating bonuses. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal.

You also confirm that you are not using the platform on behalf of any third party and that you are accessing opsapk for personal entertainment only.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on opsapk. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method or IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure without prior warning. Any bonus winnings or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate and current personal information. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a working email address, your contact number and your date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Never share your username or password with any other person.
• opsapk staff will never ask you for your password — treat any such request as fraudulent.
• You must notify opsapk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• opsapk is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on opsapk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and eligible debit/credit cards. No foreign currency deposits are accepted and no currency conversion will be applied to your account balance.

Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's side. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to delays with mobile wallet providers. opsapk does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the opsapk payments team within the timeframe stated in the Withdrawal section of the platform. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and any pending KYC requirements. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your opsapk account.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated in the Withdrawal section.
• opsapk reserves the right to conduct security checks before releasing funds for any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals requested without completing KYC will be held until verification is complete.
• Funds must come from a source legitimately owned by the account holder.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

opsapk runs a range of promotions for new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins on selected slot games and cricket match specials during PSL and T20 seasons. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented on the Promotions page.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, household, device and IP address.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• opsapk reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Active bonus balances already credited will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are completed, bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account balance before the withdrawal is processed.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, traded or sold to other accounts or parties.

06 Sports Betting Rules

The opsapk sportsbook covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic tournaments), Football, Esports and other major sporting events. By placing a bet on the platform , you agree to the following sports betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the specific market rules provide for cashout or partial settlement.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet. Live in-play odds update continuously — always confirm the odds shown before confirming a wager.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the rules of the specific market. Typically, if a cricket match is abandoned without a result, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• opsapk reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets or delay settlement if there is evidence of irregular activity, technical error or data feed failure.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to your account balance in PKR upon settlement of the relevant market.

opsapk uses live data feeds for in-play markets. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the platform accepts no liability for errors caused by third-party data providers beyond the platform's control.

07 Casino & Slots

The opsapk casino section includes Slot Games from internationally recognised game studios, Live Casino tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and game shows) and other table games. All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by the game studios. opsapk does not modify game logic, payouts or outcomes.

By participating in casino games or slot sessions, you acknowledge the following:

• All casino outcomes are determined by the game provider's RNG. opsapk has no influence over individual game results.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game studio and may vary by title. These are for informational purposes and do not guarantee any specific return in any single session.
• Live casino sessions are streamed from third-party studio environments. Occasional interruptions due to streaming quality or connectivity are outside opsapk's direct control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits in the casino are set by the game itself or the live table configuration.
• Malfunctions in a game — whether due to a technical error on the platform or within the game software — void all play for that round. Stakes will be returned for voided rounds.

08 Prohibited Conduct

opsapk operates a fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, play games or exploit promotional offers.
• Coordinating with other accounts to manipulate markets, exploit bonus terms or conduct arbitrage activities that abuse the platform's offers.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings gained through exploitation of a bug are not valid and will be reversed.
• Opening multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) to claim bonuses more than once.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering or use of the platform for illegal financial activity.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at platform support staff or other users.

09 Responsible Gaming

opsapk is an entertainment platform. Gaming and sports betting should always be approached as a form of leisure — something you do with money you have set aside specifically for entertainment, not money needed for household expenses, bills or essential costs. It should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover previous losses.

To support responsible use of the platform, opsapk provides the following tools, all accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR to control how much you put into your account over a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable reminders that notify you how long you have been active on the platform in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days — during which you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from the platform. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and promotional communications will stop.

Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast) and game studios solely to the extent required for the platform to function. 11 Limitation of Liability

opsapk provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the team works to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or completely free of technical errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, opsapk's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's verified account at the time of any claim. opsapk is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings arising from platform use or inability to access the platform.
• Technical failures caused by your device, internet connection or mobile network provider.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Errors in live data feeds affecting in-play sports betting markets, where caused by the data provider.
• Loss or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Changes to Terms

opsapk reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes — for example, through a notice on the platform dashboard or via email.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the opsapk platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
